A2 Hosting is currently looking for a Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. The Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer-service to current and prospective clients throughout the sales and upgrade process. While identifying opportunities to engage with clients, the Solutions Specialist will answer email tickets, assist via live chat, and provide over-the-phone assistance as necessary to deliver a white glove sales experience.


Shift Information:

  • 12:00am-8:00am ET Tuesday-Saturday


What you'll do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients by assisting with sales and upgrade inquiries via email, live chat, and over the phone 
  • Identify and understand the client’s needs; communicate service information and pricing of various services and plans that fulfill those needs
  • Maintain a positive and long-term relationship with clients by providing quarterly follow-ups to ensure their hosting needs are being met
  • Leverage knowledge from support and engineering teams to create creative solutions for clients
  • May assist clients with basic level support tasks as necessary, escalating issues if required
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure that data is added and updated regularly
  • Provide accurate weekly sales performance reports to the Sales Lead

What you should have to succeed:

  • A minimum of one year of related customer-service experience, ideally in a sales capacity
  • Experience in a web hosting or similar technology company strongly preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate technical and potentially complex concepts to clients and team members
  • Effective interpersonal skills in interacting directly with external customers
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different and potentially complex situations
  • Proficient with computers with the ability to efficiently learn new software
  • Ability to work as part of a team to overcome obstacles and achieve goals
  • Effective time management skills including multitasking and prioritization

We are currently hiring three (3) open positions with the following shifts:

Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm ET shift **2 openings**
Sunday - Thursday 4:00am-12:00pm ET shift.

As a member of our Support team, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be the friendly face behind the scenes, assisting customers via email, phone calls, and live chat, all while making an impact to our customers and their online web presence.

Working alongside a passionate and curious team, our Support Generalists play a crucial role in ensuring that A2 Hosting is a continued a leader in customer-focused web hosting services.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers by assisting with basic support inquiries via email, live chat, and over the phone 
  • Review and process incoming and/or flagged orders in accordance with company procedures
  • Initiate the swarming collaboration process and actively participate in developing solutions
  • Escalate complex inquiries as necessary to ensure positive outcomes for customers
  • Meet and maintain the set productivity requirements for the role during each shift

Skills you have: 

  • A minimum of 1 year of related customer-service experience in a technical support capacity, web hosting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate technical and complex concepts to clients and team members
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different situations
  • Experience with cPanel and WHMCS strongly preferred; proficiency with computers with the ability to efficiently learn new software required
  • Solutions-oriented mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
